Bill McCorey

Bill McCorey is responsible for the Parks Technology Transformation and Parks IT Integration across Universal’s Hollywood and Orlando parks as well as future international expansion. He joined Universal Orlando in November 2010. Previously, Mr. McCorey served as Vice President, Global Infrastructure for IBM and 17 years at Circuit City Stores, where his last role was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.  Bill graduated from West Virginia State College in 1982 with a degree in accounting. He has spent the bulk of his technology career in retail with a focus on eCommerce, infrastructure and large-scale applications development. Whether at work, play or giving back to the community, Bill sets challenging goals and delivers results. He is an accomplished speaker who frequently speaks on the power of teams and is working on a book titled “Who do you want on your rope team?”
