Jeff Stone has been with Discover Financial Services for 10 years. His current responsibilities include leading digital servicing strategy with a hyper focus on the customer experience in channels like chat, messaging and email.
Prior to his current role, Jeff lead application development strategy and architecture for Discover’s agent ecosystem, applying new capabilities to enhance both the agent and customer experience. Jeff has also held various roles leading analytics and business intelligence within Discover’s data warehouse.
