Tawnya Infantino

Tawnya Infantino is a critical member of the startup team that created the Office of Digital at Dignity Health, the fifth largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in the U.S. whose core mission includes providing care for underserved and disenfranchised patients. Tawnya has helped lead the Office of Digital as it has grown to build award-winning web and mobile digital solutions that have driven increased conversion rates of consumers to patients, a higher quality of care and cost reduction through matching patients with the right level of care.  Her focus is on the consumer and patient experience.

Throughout her 18 years of experience in the healthcare information technology (HIT) industry,  Tawnya has served many systems, large and small, helping to achieve meaningful and effective products and solutions.  In 2016, she was awarded the Dignity Health IT Leadership Award for Flawless Delivery.  She has led teams with members ranging from senior level executives to developers, consistently performing the role of strategist, lead, liaison and mentor for many cross-functional teams creating and sustaining unified goal-centric strategies and execution. Prior to joining Dignity Health, she was an integral member of a Top 25 HIT company for nine years.
Tawnya graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.  She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona and is an avid football fan with strong roots in family.
